It’s ridiculous that you don’t have a block email so that you don’t get hundreds of unwanted spam or regular email

Why do I pay money each month and yet now I get ads?!
Take ads out of email that customers pay a monthly fee to use!!!!!
I am actually going to start transitioning to Gmail as they have ads but are FREE.
Your new Mail is so cluttered and NON user friendly.... just awful. -

Filter words
Bring back custom filters for specific words! I get half a dozen spam messages a day about “McAffee antivirus” but can’t stop them because I can’t block emails with specific words anymore. I could do this a decade ago, so why move backwards?

When emailing, the auto fill from contact list is not available.
When trying to compose an email, the recipient’s email address suggestions from contact don’t appear on the AOL applications. Also the contact list on the AOL Contact list is empty even tho I have the contacts on the Web Mail.

Unable to access iPad mini contact list. the aol app is open to allow access, but unable to access contacts from the To line in aol email?
iPad mini unable to open contact list in the iPad in aol mail.
The To line in aol mail DOES NOT ALLOW access. It is opened in the AOL app to allow access. Can only access the contact list WITHIN
the aol app. Frustration -

Need to be able to filter unread mail on iPhone AOL app.

Allow “basic mail” setting on iPad app.
We want to be able to completely turn off the message pane on the right side and turn off automatically opening the next email. Just a list of emails with the list of folders on the left. Basic mail.

Enable deletion of contacts
Do you think you could let us choose which contacts we want to add in the app instead of having every single address we have ever emailed in our contacts? Thank you.
