    Prefer to use my iPhone mail app (easier to use). AOL app forced me to use the app, should have been optional. If I’m forced to use the AOL app, I’m closing my email account!

    This app is a disaster and really hard to navigate I want my old AOL email back it’s been a disaster for four days

    I used to have important emails separated into different folders so that I may quickly find an email/document when I need it. You guys have taken that away and it sucks! I’ve been with AOL since the beginning -nstalling AOL from cds and using “dial-up”. I’ve never had a complaint till now.

    I’m not happy with this new app..print is too small, can’t change fonts and way too many ads.. I’ve been with AOL since early 1990 and for the first time I’m really considering changing to another service provider..can’t really do too much with this mailbox..it’s useless!

    I would like to see inbox ,spam ,trash and all my mail folders on 1 screen with out having to go to mail folders

    I hate this new version. It’s the opposite of my laptop and print is too tiny, not to mention all the ads.
