Unable to access iPad mini contact list. the aol app is open to allow access, but unable to access contacts from the To line in aol email?
iPad mini unable to open contact list in the iPad in aol mail.
The To line in aol mail DOES NOT ALLOW access. It is opened in the AOL app to allow access. Can only access the contact list WITHIN
the aol app. Frustration -
stop spam email
I get dozens upon dozens of emails every day from companies in the USA who I’ve had nothing to do with and I don’t want anything to do with them please update your spam filters

Fix mark as spam
If I go to the trouble to mark something as spam I should never see that again. It pops up daily after I marked as spam. If you’re not going to stop it don’t offer the option to do it.

Get rid of all of the unsolicited adds! I can barely get to my emails. I hate them in there!

How many times do you have to delete Man City ads and report feedback as offensive before you remove them !!

Make a block email section
It’s ridiculous that you don’t have a block email so that you don’t get hundreds of unwanted spam or regular email

Please allow users to choose if they want the updated or old version. I don’t like the new one!!!
I have been using aol since 1997 because I like the format. I’ve tried gmail and went back to aol bc I like how it functions and is better visually for me. Yesterday my aol app froze and I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now according to the aol helpline, I’m “stuck” with this new version. Please allow users to go back to the old version if they request it! I hate this new version!!!

Cannot open draft email
Never been a problem before app version 6.52.0, but after clicking ‘Undo’ upon sending an email so that the email gets saved under ‘Drafts’ for amendment, the app now will not allow the opening of said email. Deleting of it from Drafts appears to be possible, but opening the email and thus being able to send it is no longer an option. Please fix this??

App finally working
After multiple times of uninstalling the app, restarting my i phone and reinstalling the app over multiple days, the app is now working.

AOL help site gives wrong info for hack recovery
My Dad’s email account was hacked. Within an hour I had recovered the account and changed the password. The hacker had added his email as a reply address. I’ve followed the instructions on AOL’s website to remove this, but the ‘more settings’ link does not exist on Chrome for iPad or iPhone, nor in the aol app. I’ve had several people search unsuccessfully. I called aol but they won’t tell me how to get there unless I buy a tech support plan. I would at have called if you put proper info on the web!

Your customer service SUCKS
I have been an aol member for over 20 years and I have emails that come up missing and you want to charge me to get them recovered when it was not my fault. POOR customer service

Cannot accept accept an invitation from a google group on my ipad
I need to accept an invitation to join a large google group on my iPad. I get a 404=error. I have 30 other aol users that also can’t do this. Why. If you go to google.com on your iPad and type mail.aol.com and sign it you can join. Help
