  2. I need to be able to see more than one week of emails

    Since you have changed your format, I am only able to receive one week of emails. I have items that I purchased online that I have not yet received and now I am unable to go back through my emails and view my tracking information. This is unexceptable! If this situation is not corrected, I will be dropping my aol account!!

  3. Separate choice to delete Avatars.

    I HATE the Avatars, most of which are just initials. They take up too much room on my phone. And they don’t add much. We should be able to choose no Avatars with out giving up the info in 1 line or more.

  6. Include auto response that I can activate for select messages

    Include the auto response in the mail system. For example, with this feature I could chose to activate an “unavailability response message” for select chats of my choosing. I would not want this for spams or other marketing emails

  9. Allow option to hide archived emails when searching

    I use search on my Inbox to select the emails I want to archive. Unfortunately, it also will show all of the matching emails that have been previously archived. Please allow option to hide archived emails when searching.

  10. I CANNOT ALPHABETIZE MY FOLDERS ANY LONGER!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

    Fix the problem!!! It’s that simple!!!! Why do you always have to change AOL when things we just get used to using the current version?? It’s so frustrating!!! If you are going to improve something, fine. Do it little by little. Not all at once!!! Also, put a help feature in AOL. Don’t make us come to Google to find an answer. I have used AOL for nearly 20 years and I am about ready to leave AOL forever!!!

  11. Why do I pay money each month and yet now I get ads?!

    Take ads out of email that customers pay a monthly fee to use!!!!!
    I am actually going to start transitioning to Gmail as they have ads but are FREE.
    Your new Mail is so cluttered and NON user friendly.... just awful.

  14. DISABLE “Increase Quote Level”

    On my Apple iPhone 13 Pro, which is running iOS 15.0.2, the Settings app has an option for DISABLING the Mail app’s “Increase Quote Level” feature. Please make it possible for me to DISABLE the same feature on the AOL app.

  15. Sometimes I can’t get to my email for several days. Right now it’s saying I have over 5000! There’s no way I would have that important

    Please make it simple to delete that mess! Going through each one of 5000 emails to delete is just IMPOSSIBLE!

    I would like to set where I can get a push notification just for emails from a particular sender. I want to be able to choose certain email addresses where I only get notifications if it’s from them.
