Yikes
As it's been since AOL from its very first upgrade, something major always gets messed up. AOL worked just fine on my Android cell phone before whatever AOL did a few months ago.
Now, if I want to send any attachments in any New or Reply emails, I have to send myself an email with attachments from my (hated) Gmail email address. Once I get it in my AOL mail, I can forward the attachments.
But I can't download those attachments or any from AOL. I have to forward those AOL emails to my (hated) Gmail account. If I didn't… -

Truly the worst redesign of all time. Everyone that worked on this should be fired.

Forwarding
If you decide to no longer support 3rd party apps to access our email, please provide an option to forward our emails to another account. Not everyone has unlimited space on their phones to download an app for each individual thing. It's more efficient to have 1 app for all emails

Hello AOL.... is anyone out there reading the feedback? Or do you think we’re just happy to vent? Feedback on this new format is not good. Yet nothing changes. And to think I pay for this. Probably past time to find a better email service.

Can’t upload photos
I have two AOL accounts. One I access on my phone with the Ap. The other I get thru Google. The one I get thru Google won’t let me upload any photos to send. This happened when you made this awful change. I’ve been thru all my settings and everything can access my photos. Frustrating. I wish you’d return to the old version. This one stinks on many levels.

This new version is awful. Contacts do not auto-populate when composing emails.
Revert back to the original email format.

Horrible! I cant read anything but the first page of mail. I cant search for stuff i need either. Im supposed to get mail thats important bit i cant even find it!

Remove Ads . I don’t like new version. Is AOL FOR USER? Did users ask for this. Intrusive advertisements and difficult format.
Remove Ads. It’s like telemarketing on AOL. Annoying, difficult, solicitous format. Losing important messages. This does not benefit the user. Every time I switch to the old format, on the next sign in, it reloads the new annoying version. Did some bored employee impose this? Version has nothing to do with the users! Go back to the original and find something else to do.

administrator Blocking my email
I have been an AOL clientt forever and pay a monthly fee to AOL instead of getting a free account from Gmail or Yahoo, etc. I strongly object to getting a message the " the administrator has blocked this message" I pay for your service and strongly object to your censoring my email content. I am a 78 year old citizen and fully capable of deciding what I shall read or not. Please discontinue your illegal practices of I will cancel my subscription.

How about blocking ALL the spam!?! I get spam that wont even allow me to unsubscribe, when I never subscribed to begin with, then on the ones that do allow an unsibscribe feature, instead of stopping the messages...THEY SEND MORE SPAM!! THEY ALSO LET OTHERS HAVE MY EMAIL AND MY SPAM FLOW INCREASES!!?? WHATS THAT ABOUT?? FIX IT!! AND WHILE YOUR AT IT, HOW ABOUT MAYBE PUTTING IN A BLOCK BUTTON?? I have struggled for nearly a month and am so tired of the new version and have fequested the old version AND in settings, I was allowed to request old version BUT this is not the previous version, and it does not recognize my contact email addresses so I have to go to contacts and write done the email address and type it in AND the previous version always included a bcc to me so I knew it was sent without having to go to the ‘sent’ area......Lordy, now the new version is bad and you’ve somehow managedto make…
