Only about half or less of the new program works. It's driving me crazy. Also it takes forever for someone to get an email I send and just about as long for me to get something that they sent to me.I can't even send a photograph or get 1 from anyone Please go back to the other version of AOL mail

Just tried to move emails to a folder. They were moved somewhere else and I dn't know where. The old version gave the option to reverse the action. The new one doesn't. Also no way to empty spam folder in one click.

Too confusing..old mail with new..plus the ads..old was simple.. Sometimes changes arent good..

Change is okay when there is a need. There definitely wasn't a need here. NOT impressed with this new mail version at all. Hate it. Give me back the old mail format. Other format was so much easier to use. I really don't like this one.

Who was the nimrod that came up with this new and improved version. Please find him and fire his ***. Please return to the old format........Well since 2021 nothing has changed, just proves you do not care about your customers.

I get wanting to improve and change, but this is quantifiably worse in every way. It even has a different font than I get on my PC at home. Please, reverse this change, as now writing emails on my tablet is so bad that I often don't bother even checking my email until I'm home.
I just noticed that this text box has the right font. This is the good one.Original

Agreed! Having the Trash/Move/Delete/Etc. at the bottom is horrible.
Usually it's the new mail (which appears at the TOP) that you want to act on first; but if you select it to delete, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom for the delete icon.
Ugh.
I HATE the new format. It's made something that wasn't all that good to begin with even WORSE.

I agree. Having to page using a 'next' button just do you can put a new ad at the top of a page is nonproductive to your users and as I can see from the comments, will be counter productive if you don't have users to view them.

Well that about covers it....seems to me not many people liked the idea of having their email format screwed up and not even asked to begin with.....just put it back...ever heard the saying....if it ain't broke don't MESS with it!....please put it back

I agree this is ****. I wanted to be able to see what time an email comes in and now it's all in military time WTH! I don't want military time. I don't want stupid ads I just want it back the way it was with a proper time of incoming mail. Is that so difficult and too much to ask for. Put it back the way it was.

I agree ! I do not like new version of AOL mail. Especially do not want ads in my inbox scrolled in between my received emails, this made me very very mad. Get these ads out of here if you want to keep us happy.
