    Please put old email format back
    There really is no reason to keep aol when there are so many free alternatives.

    View area to small. Like folders on left for fast access. Current lay out is why I left gmail. Currently looking for email service with old settings so I can transfer my information and delete this account l

    I have poor eyesight. New mail font is too small. To change the font I was told I have to sign up for AOL Desktop Gold which charges a monthly fee. So I signed up for a free trial and none of the links provided work. Not the download link, the manage link, etc. Cannot wait to get rid of AOL Mail.

    Nothing works
    Fowarding pics to a new account so I can view them.
    How do you delete more than 1 item and have to open to delete one? Roll out when its ready this feels like someone was bored and started April Fools early

    I find this version hard to see and cumbersome. It is harder to navigate than the previous version.

    Go back to the old version! If ya'll actually pay attention to this feedback and use the things people suggested then change the mail back. Are there not enough complaints yet? You do realize that the quarantine during this Pandemic has people online more than ever? Do you need someone to start crazy threats? I mean come on people wake up!

    Agree with everyone. Return it back to the way it was. This is not user friendly. Are you really trying to make aol obsolete?

    Please restore our old format ASAP. I went to customer service to request the change back and was told by a man named Alex that there would be a fee. I was so angry I hung up on him. Is this “improvement” a gimmick to generate income from disgruntled customers?
