Unable to Access New Email in Inbox
Dear AOL
For 2 days now I have been unable to access my New Emails in my Inbox on Standard viewing. No matter how much I tried it has been useless. All what I get is a blank page with endless loading in the middle of the blank page.
I went on line and found out that as at yesterday, AOL had an Outage affecting certain Post codes and the problem had been resolved. My Post Code: SW9 8FE was not involved. Then why am I unable to access my email?

Emails constantly missing - for no reason at all. I'm convinced it's a ploy to get you to sign up for support (with the associated fee). AOL has had its day and don't deserve a place in the top, middle, or bottom tier.

Standard Version not working consistently.
Since the classic email was taken, I have had trouble with the "new" standard version. I have Windows 10 and I use Firefox. I have trouble opening new mail and old mail. IT doesn't work in Chrome either. The icons do not work. I can get other folders, like the sent folder, but the entire folder does not appear just the most recent. I cannot send email. I hate he old mail folder. I don't want to go into a different folder to look for emails that I need to get back to. Like everyone else is
Make EVERY new change optional to the consumer. We all operate differently, think differently. Please do not pigeon hole all of the AOL population into 2 restrictive categories. Please Make EVERYTHING optional.

Fix random crashes
Today, the 'New' AOL Mail crashed, taking the browser, open windows, and recovery data with it. This happened while completing an email reply in the sent folder. It has also happened while deleting multiple emails, searching, etc. Obviously AOL/Yahoo did not do sufficient stability testing before releasing this abomination!

How long does it take to fix this?
Fix the font. Such an easy fix. Just do it. It the goal is to make this format more user friendly, you've failed. There are extra steps for everything now. Extra step to put my mail in a folder, extra step if I need to look for older mail. Extra step to indicate spam. AND THE FONT IS TOOO FRICKEN SMALL. HOW DUMB ARE YOU??? FIX IT!!!!!

At least add back the feature that allows you to select the page number while searching your email
I have a lot of emails and not being able to select the page number makes searching for an email a nightmare. PLEASE at least bring that feature back!!!!

adding an address to a group
How do I add an person to a group? My senior high school class opens OK but when I click on "Add Contact" it goes to adding a contact to my main address book and it doesn't show up in the group. I even tried to edit one of the classmates who has passed on and put new info in but then the deceased classmate was gone and the new one wasn't there either. The new format is lame as **** for what once was a leader in email & texting. Get back to work.

Trying to email my daughter but autofill is inserting an old deleted contact on PC
Fix the issue that is causing this problem. In addition, when trying to clear out old contacts, make it possible to batch delete by picking boxes. Also spent over an hour editing an important email because something caused the email to insert a "dot" instead of "circle" for a space so that everytime I hit the space bar, it acted like a return to split a sentence in an awkward place. Also words were awkwardly split between paragrahs like now became ho w.
Very buggy right now.The new developments appear to be causing more issues than they are helping.

UserFolder, adding the option to delete emails after x days/weeks/months.
I filter my emails by keywords, e.g. "newsletter" and move them to the newsletter folder.
I don't have the option to automatically delete emails in this folder after e.g. 30 days

toolbar with bold, underline etc
I am using the basic e-mail platform and there is no tool bar for bold/underline etc and theses are greyed out in settings ( the tool bar was there before the newer version ) They do exist in the standard version now. Please make that toolbar available in both settings.

There's NO Feature for Linking Text
How Do I Link Text?
This new system has NO way to put a link in the text. This alone makes this new system very rudimentary and primitive. I noticed there's a ton of negative feedback about the new email system, yet it still persists. What's the point of having feedback if AOL won't listen? Furthermore, there's no way to alter text for size or boldness. Why was this change made? It's a downgrade; it's NOT "new and improved," it's "new and much worse."

Larger composing area
Please expand the window for composing mail. There's a ton of space below what we can see and it's miserable to type without being able to see the words and having to scroll down and having the automatic return happen after every key stroke. Typing blind then trying to correct typos is an exercise in frustration.

In your CURRENT email "Settings" menu my email address is in a box that says: "1 of 50 used". How do I add another email address to the emaillist and where is the information on this in your "Help" section?
