I don't mind progress but this new look version is much too radical. Not at all pleasant to look at. Please give us an option to have the previous version. What were the designers thinking?!

HORRIBLE!!!! Much as I hate to say it, I may have to go to Microsoft for my e-mail. This new format is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever seen. I HATE IT and I won't stay with AOL if this is left ini place. What on earth were you thinking?

please return the drag and drop feature for attachments.

When searching for an email among many, there is no longer an up and down arrow, and we have to open each email separately. This is TERRIBLE and CONFUSING when there are several emails in a psrticular day. PLEASE return the up/down arrows for email searches

WHERE IS THE SEARCH MAIL BAR? WHERE IS THE "OLD/READ MAIL" FOLDER? WHERE IS THE INSERT LINK BUTTON? WHO THE **** DID THIS???
GIVE US BACK THE OLD AOL EMAIL INTERFACE .... NOW!!!!!!! -

Why "fix" something that isn't broken? There is so much wrong with this new format: 1. FONT IS TOO SMALL!!, 2. Old emails should still go into an "old mail" file, not co-mingled with everything, 3. Current news was displayed, large and plentiful, now there's only a couple of articles(yes, I know how to use the "home" icon), 4. Whomever decided this was a good idea--should be fired! I've had AOL for 30 years, please don't force me to leave!

As a person with low vision, being able to change the font size and make it bold are very important. You need to change it back to the old version. You should have your attorneys check the Americans With Disabilities Act because this new new is discriminatory!!

I so not want to have to press 2 buttons to save an email as new. I do not want separate pages, keep the scrolling format. I want a button to click onto my old emails that I did not delete. I am not sure what else changed, but I hate this new format.

Why would you have a distracting cascade of contacts for your send to: interface?

GIVE US BACK THE EMAIL FACE OF YESTERDAY!! This must be an April Fools joke?? HORRIBLE & not efficient! Please revert back to our email face or we will all leave your platform!! AOL, is just trying like heck to **** us off today, like their fake news clips don't do it enough?

DIANE MARRAZZO commented
Absolutely agree with you!!! HATE this new cheap format ... primitive ... and no control of the font in any way. I like to have my old choices back too!!! Yes, I delete something and it goes and jumps and this is ridiculous!!!

I have figured it out. Verizon owns both AOL and YAHOO!, but they are selling that segment of the business, and AOL is going away. This new format is being used to align the databases so we can be migrated to YAHOO! Mail. Mark my word.

Why are all the keyboard shortcuts gone?
Why can't I shift click to highlight multiple emails to delete?
Why is all the rich text gone so we can't make any changes to the text?
Why are we limited to one page at a time instead of a progressing view? -

I have noticed that my Spam folder is empty. I get 30 or 40 spam emails a day in this folder, plus one or two that are not spam. I assume AOL is now throwing these babies out with the bath water. Please don't do this.
