    Please change back to the old settings that allow us to have themes and background. Very poor decision to make these changes. I can not see the emails because you made everything too small too. Please change back immediately and this better not be an April fools joke.

    I see that I am not the only one annoyed by this arbitrary change in format. I also do not see any way I can change it back to the way I liked the display. Go back to the previous format or give me the choice to choose the format. Is this some premature and cruel April Fool's joke? If so, it is not funny.

    It used to be that if you clicked on one e-mail to delete/transfer you hold shift and press the left mouse button from the clicked on down it would do multiple clicks. Now that is no longer a function.
    Also, there are multiple pages one has to click through. Sorry the running stream made better sense.
    I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE and there is NO ADVANTAGE though the help line says look at these products you don't need.
    RIGHT. As I said I PAY for this service and these changes makes me want to go free.
    This is no different than Yahoo or Gmail.

    The overall appearance is nice, BUT... BIG BUT, where is the directory "old" (or read) email. Read email just seems to disappear.

    I really DON'T like the lack of an option to display all emails; splitting into pages is a real pain.

    I really DO LIKE to ability to select main screen name emails in categories (this facility has been available for a few months for secondary screen names), however, the option is spoiled by not have a continuous mode.

    Please fix these issues.

    I don't mind the changes, but there's less customization. I want my e-mails to pop OUT of the main window.I like that option. More versatility is needed. I feel like i'm using a Beta version that was NOT yet ready for release.

    In addition to the new format being complete trash, I have no control of font, font size or font color. I can no longer imbed colored font into an email I am answering. The scrolling, when I respond to an email, is completely unpredictable. Sometimes it scrolls uncontrollably when I just move the mouse. Sometimes I can't scroll into the existing email at all. At other times it scrolls when I start to type.

    PLEASE GIVE US THE OLD FORMAT BACK!

    THIS VERSION SUCKS
    THE WORST VERSION EVEN WITH SO MANY LIMITATIONS AND BOUNDARIES.
    YOU WENT BACK YEARS
    I WILL TRY TO GET OUT OF YOUR SERVICE AS SOON AS I CAN
    THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

    VISUALLY IMPAIRED CANNOT USE THIS MAIL THAT I've been using for over 20 years.
    - MAKE the settings COMPLETELY adjustable AND make those settings EASY To find.
    - GIVE US BACK the accessibility and the RIGHT of choice.
    - WHY is the UI set to MICROSCOPIC?
    - AGAIN, GIVE US THE OPTION of *settings* and accessibility.
    - To reset our VISUALLY IMPAIRED SETTINGS to CLASSIC original mail.
    - This is reason for me after 23 years to stop using AOL mail. If I cannot see the interface, what is the point?
    - I am Visually impaired and I don't think your staff has anyone on board with such disabilities.
    - That says to me that AOL is against those of us who are disabled!!
    MAKE it more accessible! GIVE us the settings back IN FULL regardless of BROWSER.
    GIVE US BACK CLASSIC MAIL.
    I cannot believe this. Absolutely ridiculous. Microscopic... horrid!!! Who squishes their UI like that??? Why do WE have to CONFORM to this?

    The fonts are too small and the box looks too crowded. No matter how many times I hit delete, old mail is still showing up and there is no deleted mail either. It's ******* the eyes. Please go back to the one you had earlier today.

    I don't get why AOL would do this horrible thing to our email. sometimes people are amazed I still use AOL, I always say it's the best. not anymore.

    Give back old format or I will cancel my PAID subscription to AOL. I receive about 400 spam emails a day and I am fed up with having to delete one page (25) at a time.

    Why ,when i visit my mother in law and sign in on her computer, the OLD VERSION that so many of us are asking for a return to ,comes up much to my surprise and delight ?

    your new version really sucks, whoever designed it, should'n be working on computers. go to mcdonalds . please go back , or i will cancel aol.
