  2. Enter tab while composing in New email doesn't work

    When composing an email in the New version, the ENTER tab doesn't work. How is that even a thing?? I have to convert back to Classic to compose emails, then back again to the New version to do other stuff that I can't in Classic. WTH?

  3. I want my free account Back I have no idea when or how AOL started charging me. I just noticed in my bank records I am being charged.

  4. "New" AOL about the same as classic with some lost features.

    In the middle of the day The New AOL Mail suddenly took over my AOL mail with a handicapped BASIC version interface, dummied down from the original, BE sure you switch to the Full new AOL and you will find that most of the previous Classic features are just as before.

    However, I can no longer arrange columns by dragging. Not a terrible loss.

    I can't sort with a single column click or reverse sort, now its a clumsy two step process. SORT button is available, so not a significant loss.

  6. Hate your new format, if I don't get the old format back I will be switching to Proton mail. Don't take long or I will be gone.

    Give me back my old mail settings or I am gone. It's that simple and don't take days to do it. Very stupid change. Fire whoever's idea it was. You wasted your money.

    What the Heck?? Where did my signature go?? Why would you delete my signature suddenly??? AOL is in trouble if something so simple is a problem for you.... What the heck???

  8. closing mail

    You used to be able to click the top right X to close an email and leave it in the inbox for later, wherever you happened to be in the email. Now you have to scroll back up to the top to close it. Obviously no one on the design team has ever actually used this email tool.

  11. PLEASE MOVE BULK DELETE BUTTON TO PROTECT USERS

    I deleted YEARS of info by accident. The BULK Button is TOO CLOSE to the normal delete. I have lost legal and family info that dates back YEARS. This is WRONG. your tech support say there is no way to RESTORE past 7 days. MY CONTACTS ARE ALL GONE>

    I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN AOL its TRAGIC!

  14. what happened to spell check in this horrible new setup like yahoo email format?

    changing the email format to the horrible yahoo set up is beyond comprehension... WHERE IS THE SPELL CHECK IN THE BASIC EMAIL FORMAT ..WHICH BY THE WAY IS TOTAL **** BUT THE ONLY "CHOICE" BESIDES THE NEW EMAIL FORMAT...WHICH IS SO AWFUL IT MAKES ME WANT TO SWITCH TO MY GMAIL ACCOUNT

    Here's an Idea let me decide which images to block in SPAM not you. How about letting ME turn on the images in MY SPAm emails that I choose ,not you.

  17. Goodbye, AOL

    I cannot use AOL any longer. I will have to set up a new provider and send emails to all my Contacts so they can find me as I shut down my five [5] Screen Names I use for Personal and Political purposes.

    The last straw was opening a Screen Name functioning well yesterday to find it in the New and when I went back to Basic it does not have the Preview Pane. This keeps happening unbeknowst to me.
