How can we improve AOL Mail?

I get certain emails all the time...and now, all of a sudden, and it's hit or miss, you're asking me if its save of not. If I've interacted with the sender before, especially for YEARS, stop asking me that stupid question. Sometime multiple times almost near each other.

Certainly you have a way to figure out the algorithm, right? You're a tech company, right? Then I get emails that are obviously spam that end up in my in box.

Get your act together please.

    An option for AOL is to Provide wildcard (*) in Domain name.
    This option would reduce the number of entries in the Block List,
    which benefits both AOL (less storage to hold "extra" entries)
    and the user (less time reporting & blocking).

    I am at 1039 blocks but I get so much spam that it cripples my ability to locate work related emails.
    Please increase it to unlimited or atleast 1,000,000.

    Need to be able to block more than 1000 emails . Pls allow at least 2000-3000 . PLEASE !!!!!!!

    comment faire pour me débarrasser de ce type de msg dans mes spams, obligé quand même de vérifier si dans le tas il n'y aurait pas un de bon .... ce soir, alors que ce matin c'était ok j'avais :
    new-offer-idxxxxxx@nom x étant un chiffre
    ce soir il y en avait plus de vingt !!! et si pendant deux jours je ne regarde pas ...je ne vous dis pas la panique pour trier le bon du mauvais ... c'est très dommage de ne pouvoir vous joindre une copie écran ou un simple coller d'un mail .... Ne peut-on rien faire pour que ce genre de mails disparaissent à tout jamais des spams et définitivement .... ou nous donner un moyen de trier ... merci de votre réponse désolé je suis français et votre site en anglais donc pas trop compris votre page

    Do you really think continuing to not address these emails is helpful to your customers. 1000's of spam emails. The latest received:

    Yes I am blocking 20+ per day. The feature isn't working anymore and they keep coming!

    I did not know there was a limit to 'blocked senders.' I have apparently reached that limit and this valuable and appreciated feature no longer works :-( Please expand this feature. Thank you.

    I agree! The spam filter needs to allow wildcards, as an example: newslettersforname@* or newslettersfor*@*. This would eliminate nearly 99% of my spam!!!

    Please expand the block senders list to more than 1000. I have so many spam emails that I want to block.

    we need to be able to block spam mail, that is in the spam box
