Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    i have a hard time with words so spell check is important

    go back to the old format- the new one has no spell check options for us seniors

    Not only is the e-mail terrible EVERYTHING is with this new AOL. They really need to switch it back since we have to pay for it. Raise the price then give us a format that has so many steps just to look at something. Have you tried finding your favorites and seen how many steps it takes to find them? The old AOL one click and you had it. The whole set up is POOR JUDGEMENT on their part

    This is terrible. Can't read many emails because of restrictions. I'm looking at changing if you don't get this fixed or changed.

    This new format is terrible. It isn't user friendly and it only serves to delay what I am doing. I don't like a split screen, I don't like the way it portrays email addresses for emails and in general I don't like the layout. Kindly send me a way to return to the format previous to the new one. Thank you

    The new format is for entire AOL page is soooo disorganized. The old format was structured, easy to identify headlines. and read information. This new format is like the brain of a Bi-Polar person who is very Manic.... messy, disorganized, can't keep a thought straight.

    Hate this new format. I am trying to copy my flight pass and can't get the entire page to view. Nothing wrong with the old one!

    MARQUIS PUBLISHERS SAID THAT THEY CAN'T HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM AND THAT EVERY ONE SHOULD LET AOL GAMES IN THIS FORMAT ARE BAD AND SHOULD BE CHANGED. mARQUIS SAID THE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AOL GAMES BUT NOT THIS PROBLEM WITH A ROTTEN FORMAT

    New is terrible, appearance is not as easy to read, horrible, don't want it. You should test new changes. I want old format, not this, terrible.

    Please leave AOL alone. I've been happily using it for over 30 years and do not want to change. You keep switching me back to it. I have several hundred personal and business accounts and will change to gmail if you insist on doing this. The new format sucks!!
