Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    Although I have certain email addresses in my contact list, lately, since so called improvements were implemented, emails coming from these addresses are being automatically sent to my SPAM folder causing me to miss important messages. How do I ensure that these email do not go to Spam? It used to be easy, now for some reason (I assume the great improvements recently implemented) it is becoming more and more difficult to use AOL mail and very time consuming.

    Change it back to the old system. AOL have been gathering feedback for over a year. Non positive. What is wrong with the people that run AOL ?

    Return my AOL to the old version! You've ruined it and I'm going to cancel! You are also Democratically biased and you should not voice your opinion as such!

    I had a lot less spam with the old AOL! Please return it to normal or I will cancel!

    I agree. Classic email was vastly superior. This was a huge step backward.

    Need to add new mailbox layout picture choices that have updated scenes and more vibrant choices for personalizing the background view of the mailbox layout.

    I'm tired of constantly having to get a text to get on my email that last few days, what is wrong with aol!??!?!? was easy, do you all try to find ways to "F" up email?

    Also: Should not have to click "More" to find a way to select "Mark as unread" - That should be a one-click process. PLEASE PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!

    Hate the new format. Confusing to have "Inbox" containing both new and old mail. I want Old Mail in a separate folder - LIKE IT USED TO BE before you messed things up.

    Please discontinue posting Harris-Walz ads everytime I pull up my AOL account. I have been a life long RNC member and resent the bias approach of AOL. If you posted Trump ads as well it would be different, but every time I pull up one of my aol accounts, I get a full page Harris ad. I've researched her past, voting records, and value positions back to her time as a prosecutor. There is no doubt in my mind that she is a far left socialist with Marxist leanings. I am also very dismayed at the untruths and twisted misinformation in her ads. I have almost 3 masters degrees, 3 certifications as an actuary, and have been in the health care business for over 40 years. I write often on economics and particularly health care economics. The Harris positions on economics especially health care economics are not only very uneducated, but disasterous. Please discontinue posting these ads on my account.

    Excuse me, but I am a life long RNC member and was on the Trump health care advisory, 2016-2020. I not only do not like, but resent, that AOL posts Kamala Harris ads every time I pull up AOL. If you also posted Trump ads, this would not be so bad, but it appears you're completely biased. Please discontinue this practice, or become non-biased, and post Trump ads as well. Thanks-Greg

    What drivesme crazy is " Why can't we go back to the OLD AOL FORMAT...at least on a voluntary basis? " After so many requests, Ibelieve there is MALICE in this ostinacyin not wanting to return to the old format.

    I thought that I had done something wrong to change my format, but ran across this forum. I do not need all the confusion on my e-mail page with ads that I really don't need because of all the other junk mail that I am receiving. I am a very senior citizen (80s) and struggle to keep up with those things I really need to know about my computer.
