Woke up today with a new folder in My Mail Folders called "Views". Don't want it/didn't ask for it/want to delete it . . . but can't!
Make additions like these optional - a simple "yes/no" click will do. OR an option to delete it altogether if it is dropped on me unsolicited!

not possible to open a word document in AOL!!!!! Feedback given several times. They will not change things. This is elementary.
I have to send emails to Outlook to be able to open a word attachment. Useless AOL. When will you catch up and do what people need?!!! Won't hold my breath!

This stupid new mail is so jumpy.
The page never stays at the top. Every time I respond to a message, it jumps and i click the wrong one and then it goes to the middle of the list of emails. It is too glitchy. Is there no one that actually tests these updates? It's driving me crazy!

Too much searching around for commands. Delete at the top. Send, reply at the bottom. Finally saw the print icon. Why are the controls no
Too much searching around for commands. Why not place all command buttons at the top like Word? some are here, others are there. some are hidden

Change for the sake of change is frustrating.
I don't like your new color schemes and I can't directly delete a mail without taking extra steps. Why do you have to change a system without adding any extra benefits. It just keeps your programmers busy. Maybe they should be let off.

too much space taken up by useless stuff at the top of each message
When I click on a message in my inbox and it expands to full size, the header info at the top of a message takes up 2.75 vertical inches (34%) of the 8 inch viewing window (on a 1920x1080 24" screen). It shows the web site of the "From" person and a Visit Site button, the "Subject" with a read/unread button, and then the web site again and the From/To/CC lines. Each of these 3 section is in its own white-space area with a horizontal border.
This stuff is useless to most people who now how to read a "Subj:"…

Dnn't see it yet.You keep messing with perfection as below. This must have just happened.
I see you have now added "Attach Giff. Now impossible to send pictures
or I own memes to the body of the mail. This is the final straw. The picutres are so tiny even on my big screen I cannot see the picture.
You took a simply beautiful AOL and turned it into more trouble than
it is worth. I do't like your silly giffs. I like to send my own and the old traditional attachtment. I don't like your memmes and you have shrunk the traditional giffs so much I cannot see to choose from your attachnent forder. Original…941st ranked -
Scroll Bar on the Right Moves Down the List
Please fix the problem with the Scroll Bar on the Right side of the Mail List moving down the list whenever the New Mail button is clicked. This movement misleads and confuses when attempting to access recent, new emails that have arrived and prompts wrong actions due to their misplacements on the list.

how to print an email
I can't figure out how to print an email so that the whole message prints, not just a sliver of info on one side of the page. This new format stinks.

still don't like new format
There are so many things that just don't work with this new format. Obviously it will never go back to the old format and people are forced to deal with the mess AOL created if we want to keep our AOL email address that we've had for 30 years. One thing that is driving me crazy is when I want to respond to a particular email, I click it and ALL the emails come up that are part of this conversation. So then I have to search for the one email that I wanted to respond to. It's maddening! Why…

Please return the event button to the left side of the page. It was a great feature and is missed. Thank you.
Using the event button under the mailing section was always a great way to schedule the calandar. Now you have several extra steps to input these dates and it is hidden from the main mail page. Please restore this feature. Thank you.

Restore actual time stamps on emails received on previous dates.
Posting "yesterday's date," instead of the actual time stamp on emails previously sent or received hinders that use of actual times for critical emails that are time sensitive. Please restore that needed function.
