Can you please check your filters and the "Block All Senders Except Contacts" option under "Settings > Block Senders" to make sure your mail isn't being accidentally redirected from your inbox? You can also use other troubleshooting steps found in this help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/fFix-problems-reading-or-receiving-aol-mail

    Also have not received any new non-spam emails since Oct 9. Just called Tech Support and was told I would have to pay $3/month for them to add tech support and unlock it. Not a chance!!!
    Going to stick with Gmail from now on!!
