   Things are still a mess. The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Please return to original system or AT LEAST allow original system to be available to user.

   Things haven't changed. The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Please return to original system or AT LEAST allow original system to be available to user.

2. Return it to it's original format. Then, emails easy to read, did not disappear, navigating was child's play

   At least retain the option of using old, reasonable, simple, user friendly original AOL. Why you changed it is a mystery.
