    there are no options or tools to do anything in this version of BASIC email... which aol knows is not the basic version. aol is evil and adds nothing goot to life like before. the email was perfect the way it was which is why ive stayed for 25 years... i need a new email provider...ANY IDEAS

    product support is not gathering feedback... they dont care about how users want to use aol in any way shape or form.... if they did,.. they wouldnt have tried this **** like many times before and they would make yahoo like aol...bcuz yahoo email sucks and now aol is just as bad.... where in the **** is spell check and before when i opened an email it was in its own window and now its not so i cant lower it while im looking at it or geting info to include in a response. there are no real setting choices in aol mail anymore... its a broke down less than basic version!!! and it SUCKS AND AOL KNOWS IT AND DOESNT CARE

    WHY DOES AOL HATE THE PEOPLE? WHY ARE YOU FORCING EVERYONE ON AOL TO USE THIS WORTHLESS EMAIL. I STOPPED USING YAHOO BECAUSE YOU RUINED THAT, AND NOW YOU WANT TO MAKE AOL LIKE YAHOO? DO YOU WANT EVERYONE TO USE GMAIL? WHY DID YOU REMOVE MULTI FOLDERS, AND THE SPELL CHECK? AOL EMAIL IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE!

    WHY IS ADMIN NOT LETTING ME VOTE ON COMMENTS AND COMMENTS ARE LOCKED AND ADMIN SAYS GATHERING FEEDBACK UNDER SOME COMMENTS ....I DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THIS... I THINK THEY CHANGED IT TO MATCH YAHOO AND COULDNT CARE LESS WHAT USERS THINK AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF CHANGING IT BACK OR GIVE PEOPLE A CHOICE!

  10. People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it
