Like Jim Eigo, I have a person with whom I have had email correspondence for several years whose messages beginning the past several days have been routed to spam. I called AOL and, after much delay got "tech support" who pointed me to "options" (upper right hand corner), then "mail settings", then "spam settings". The "spam settings gave me an option to block a particular person but did not give me the option to UNBLOCK my particular correspondent. Ugh!
