I strongly support this idea. A great deal of what ends up in the spam folder is not spam. For instance, it nearly always blocks the confirmation emails where I need to click a link to sign up for an account. Even more disturbing, it blocks some, but not all, email from particular senders with no obvious pattern that I can see. If the objective is to get me to log in more often, this will eventually have the opposite result. I'll be forced to dump AOL altogether.
