I'm seeing a lot of the same request. Give your customers back the ability to disable the SPAM filter. I've actually lost out on work, deals, $$ not knowing you changed this feature. And no, the canned response to "teach" the algorithm won't work for many situations. And no, people don't want to log into 2 emails accounts to work around a broken feature. Also, I don't need a babysitter to screen my email. I'm perfectly capable of setting up filters for myself. GIVE BACK THE ABILITY TO TURN THE SPAM FILTER OFF!!!!!
