Due to recent adjustments to the AOL Mail platform, the Spam Settings customization, are no longer available for all accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to block a specific sender, go to Options – Mail Settings – Spam Settings and add the email addresses in the box below “Block Mail from Addresses I Specify”, then click Save Settings at the bottom, and in case you receive unwanted emails in the Inbox, mark them as Spam.

Agreed. Something needs to change. We shouldn't have to deal with continual email from the same spammer every day. I'm tired of seeing all these emails from *.*club in my spam mail. Block it at the domain level! As I have said before, the spam block doesn't work because the email changes every time. It could be abby@somewhere.club and burpee@idiot.club or city@lousy.club. It's that middle thing that keeps changing so putting it in spam block doesn't do anything. I get around 16 spams a day from that club domain. It has to stop.

The product support response is unacceptable. Blocking a specific address is useless because the address changes every day. I get a dozen emails every single day from the domain .host and cannot block them because like I said, the address changes every day but always comes from that domain. We need to be able to block domains like we used to do in the old days.
