    my important, obviously non-spam mail constantly ends up in the Junk file. I want to get rid of AOL's ability to put my mail into the Junk file. Let ME decide what is spam as more than 75% of what they deem spam is NOT spam, but important mail. This is a glaring problem, yet AOL does nothing about it. I'm a Verizon customer and AOL was foisted on me. If this problem is not addressed, my only solution is to endure the hassle of changing accounts.

    I hate that Verizon is now handled by AOL. My important mail is ending up in their Junk file and there seems no way to disable their Spam filter and get rid of the Junk file. I wonder how much important mail I've already lost because AOL decides what is junk mail and 75% is NOT junk mail.

    My important mail ends up in the Junk file. I want to get rid of AOL's ability to decide what is junk and what is not as they have no valid criteria for deciding what is spam, putting important, obviously non-spam mail in the Junk file. Give us the ability to disable their Spam function and let ME decide what is spam.
