I have found customer emails in my SPAM folder, so I always do a quick review before emptying the folder to trash. If not careful as to where to click on "Spam", the trash can may be activated without asking if I want to delete all. This may result in the loss of important business communications that should NOT have gone to the Spam folder in the first place.
