CAPTCHA every time I log in? RIDICULOUS!
I understand that AOL might think it is doing users a big favor and protecting them by requiring the CAPTCHA photo selection, but EVERY SINGLE TIME one attempts to log in??? Crazy, frustrating, and extremely frustrating for those of us who log in four or more times a day! I notice I am not the only user who is upset about this, so perhaps AOL should pay attention and do something about it, cutting back the CAPTCHAs to once a month, or even once every other week, but NOT EVERY TIME EMAIL IS ACCESSED. You want AOL users and count…

My AOL email will not stay signed in. Your "fix" for this problem doesn't work. Fix it or I will also go to Gmail.
My AOL email will not stay signed in. I already reported this, as have hundreds of others. Your "fix" has no effect. In fact, now every time I am forced to re-sign in I'm asked to prove I'm not a robot, and I am forced to pick out the items indicated in a picture. YOUR INCOMPETENCE HAS REACHED NEW HEIGHTS!

deleted mail
There should be a setting that when you close the email a dialog box comes up to ask if you want to permanently delete deleted mail. This will keep the folder empty. I forget to enpty the deleted and it gets a lot in it.

Every single time I come over here I have to change from the standard to basic setting. Isn't there a way for you to save my preference?
It is MUCH easier to maneuver in the inbox in the basic/accessible setting than in the standard setting. Every single time I come to the inbox I change it to the basic/accessible setting and yet every single time you change it back. Isn't there something that can be done to save my preferences? This is getting real old real fast.

Aol Mail app keeps signing me out (iOS)
Constantly have the same issue with the ios version of the aol mail app.
I have either two or three aol email accounts that I'm logged into on the app. When I either open the app to check my emails, or when an app notification for a new email appears on the lock or home screen, and I swipe to open it, it brings me to the log-in screen to re-enter my username and password. All of my aol email accounts that were signed into through the ios app require me to sign in again. If I opt not to… -

AOL BROWSER
Dear AOL
“When is AOL going to function as before when most people were proud to belong?”
AOL should be allowed to operate as a stand alone app irrespective of Verizon or Oath. Gone are the days.
Regards.

Increase the maximum allowed Filter Settings - 50 is not enough
The Filter Settings, with their limited function, require us to set one filter per each action. With a maximum of 50, this is not enough. Either increase the maximum number of filters or add better functionality to the filter settings. For example, with Gmail you can add multiple email addresses, comma separated within curly brackets to tell all my subscriptions to filter to my "Subscriptions" folder, just as an example.

Verification Code Problems
Please once again accommodate landline phones as backup contacts for your verification codes and similar communications. I live in a mobile phone dead spot, so more than half the time, I can't receive calls or texts to my mobile phone. Also I can't always access the backup email addresses that you offer as options.
I want and need to be able for you to call my landline with your verification codes and other communications.

STOP showing me "Today on AOL" when signing in. I did NOT check that box, and I don't care about your tiresome political opinions. Just take me directly to my mailbox.
Actually, you might want to drop the whole "Today on AOL" train wreck anyway. It's just a sad mix of political bias and clickbait -- you can't really believe it's helpful for your brand.
