  1. Hello tried the 'new' AOL, at the outset received an email, no option to delete ! advertising, opened 'the thing' still no option to delete!

    To send me an email 'advertising a product, with no option to delete , also no option to delete when opened is totally unacceptable, have reverted to the old AOL, looking at Google with more interest due to this situation

  2. Incompatible with Windows 11 email app

    After using free aol email as my primary email for more than 25 years your email is no longer workable and NOT compatible with the Windows 11 email app. I have tried all the suggested "fixes". This has been going on for more than a year. My suggestion? Give Microsoft a call and FIX THE PROBLEM!

  4. see, why is this coming up NOW after filling in blank ideas box below....functionality of AOL NO LONGER USABLE!!!

    Show how to increase font size when sending and receiving e-mail. Out of nowhere...started showing any text addresses, e-mail text, .search ANYTHING in such a SMALL FONTI can't read it....WHY OUT OF THE BLUE!!HOW,and WHY????? Can't even send the 'Improve' box above!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    mail received before 11:00 PM 12/13/2022, nothing after. Including news. But ads are updating fine. Where is my email?

  8. BCC in e-mail

    My idea is that you go back to the old form of e-mail. I tried to send an e-mail with a BCC. I haven't been able to find out how to do that with the new form. Leave it to a tech company to come up with a "new and improved format" that doesn't work as well as the one it replaced.

  9. Password change constantly

    I have to change my password every three days or so as AOL locks me out. There is absolutely no reason for this and I have called twice and no one can help me. I am going to be forced to stop using this account, which is unfortunate as I really like AOL. Can anyone explain why this keeps happening?

  10. The emails I read on my cell phone no longer go to Old mail or Trash when I open AOL on my PC. Instead, they all show as Unread in my Inbo,

    The emails I read on my cell phone no longer go to Old mail or Trash when I open AOL on my PC. Instead, they all show as Unread in my Inbox and I have to send them manually or delete them again. I guess the new idea is for you to fix this and have it back the way it was around 2 weeks ago. Thank you.

  13. Too often on my iPhone, I get an error message and lots of emails just don't load. No such problem on my computer.

    Make server work better, so that I don't get error messages that say that my iPhone does not connect to server!

  14. AOL needs to ensure our sent emails do not land in a Black Hole-Missing emails

    we got notification and undelivered mail was in sent box. Why should I type over and over email which AOL deletes/loses? Is this new IT terror and censorship? We only can sent email to AOL approved recipients?. I hear other users have similar issues. Anybody has similar problems and can advise what to do? Fedup with IT terror.

  18. do not reveal the complete recovery email/phone number when reverifying

    These should be partly hidden, and not all visible.
    If someone got my password, they will see these and will know what to hack next (secondary emails and contacts).
    Other email providers have these partly covered with asterisks and only showing the first and last character.
    This is one of the primary reason I dont use AOL frequently (only for non-critical subscription and trials), other than that, ALL SPAMS.

  19. blocking messages without being asked

    I keep finding that there are messages sent to me that I do not receive and have to have them sent to another address. What prompts AOL to decide independently to block some messages without being prompted? AOL is becoming known for that. I often am told not to depend on AOL to get messages sent to me from them because you are not reliable in receiving all mail sent to an AOL account.
