I can hardly read my mail or even the ads !! Why? How can I change it?
I just want help with getting the print to a size I can read It ! !!!!
You can adjust the font size on your web browser to make the text smaller or larger. Changing your browser font size is very easy. Please click on the arrow in front of the ’’Folders’’ category from the left side menu, this will hide your folders.

Please check if you have the reading pane option enabled, by going to Options from the top right corner of AOL Mail, select Mail Settings-General then go to ’’Reading’’.

I just filled out your survey form. When I tried to make a comment at the end, it said I used the wrong format, but didn't tell right forma
When I tried to send a comment on your latest survey, it said I had the wrong format, but didn't say what was wrong or what the right format is.
I have a couple of suggestions for you to try:
1. If you see an X in the top of your browser or receive any notification boxes about pop-ups blocked, please choose to allow for this site.
2. Copy and paste the link in a new tab or browser.
3. Clear Cache and Cookies (Instructions can be found here: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser).
4. If accessing from Mail.aol.com and your Mail Settings option “Disable links in mail from unknown senders” is enabled, please click the link in the email then choose “Enable Links” or “Always allow from this sender.”Your feedback is important to us and we look forward to hearing back from you about your experience. I have thousands of contacts (auto-added), none of which are mine. How do I get rid of them other than one at a /@##$ TIME!
Improve your service so this doesn't $%%@#@@@# happen
In order to delete multiple contacts, please go to “Contacts” make sure to select the box which is located before “Name” tab and then delete them.

My sign-in page only display user name box the password box do not appear. I must go thru E to sign in
unable to sign-in to aol using password and user name.

Spoofing happens when someone sends emails making it look like it they were sent from your account. In reality, the emails are sent through a spoofer’s non-AOL server.

What happened to the Feedback page where a user could send a message to AOL?

AOL email does not allow a reply of forward of a message without selecting am attachment first. This just started happening this morning.
Fix the reply and forward function so it works without requiring a file to be selected box to be enter a file. This just started this morning. Cannot reply or forward without attaching a file with nothing to do with the message content.

There are two ways to bookmark a page in AOL Shield Pro. The quickest and easiest way is to click the Star in the top right corner of the address box.
You can also bookmark a page by clicking the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner, clicking Bookmarks, and then clicking Bookmark this page.

Hi, how do i prevent outside people from getting my e-mail contacts? Somehow all of my contacts are getting spam from me.
I need info On how to prevent getting my contact info hacked. When they get a hold of emails do they get a hold of phone numbers and addresses too? What settings can I change to prevent this from happening again. What can AOL do?

make AOL accessible on all browsers. Work, Volunteer, and Personal Business. Not able to access Microsoft.

Service Issue
This morning I called AOL for a problem I was having. The problem was that I could not search for emails in the search engine as I have done hundreds of times in the past. A service tech remotely took control of my computer and, although the issue I needed attending to was solved, it created additional problems. (AOL verification #1). how do I add a contact email, from a new contact?
One click contact adding. Or 2 clicks. Don't give me to write it down to transfer to contacts. Can't even copy paste it.
1st day with aol email, you have me cursing like a sailor with the unfriendly interface. Great job(this is sarcasm.)To edit/ add contacts, make sure to access mail.aol.com on a desktop computer.

Why change the layout?
Why have you moved the "From" e-mail box to the right hand side of the page? The old left hand side was the more natural side to see who the e-mail has comes,from.Most people will want, or should, see who is sending the e-mail before it is opened.
The original left hand side has worked perfectly well since day one with AOL, so why the unnecessary change?Here’s how to reset the columns:
Under your username, click Options> Customize and click on “Reset Columns”.

Thunderbird will not accept aol email password my phone finally works and password works fine on aol website
why can't my phone and computer using 3rd party clients both accept my aol mail password and sync. When I go my phone working with aol mail, my computer using thunderbird will no longer authenticate my password? maybe it's time to retire my aol email address?
Please check the Incoming mail server settings in your email application, and make sure they match the IMAP/POP settings in the section titled “AOL Mail POP and IMAP settings” from the following help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-use-other-email-applications-to-send-and-receive-my-aol-mail
The incoming and outgoing mail servers require SSL enabled for all ports, and also the username field in the account setup, needs to contain your full email address, including @aol.com at the end.
In case your server settings are correct, open the link below (and sign in if necessary), and make sure the option “Allow apps that use less secure sign-in” is turned ON.

After this turning ON this option, check if your mail application is able to connect. If the problem persists, verify if the “Two-step verification” option on the Account Security page (the URL above) is turned ON or OFF.
