STOP UPGRADING!!!
The whole new format is the pits! Why on earth do I want an email I open to spread allllllllll the way across the page so I can't read multiple emails at once? Where the **** (if you are going to set my temper off, deal with it) is the "revert to old version" button?
If you’d like to open an email in a new window or as a pop-up, please go to Options-Mail Settings-General-Reading and then check the option you prefer. Then scroll down and save settings.

Trying to remove open sessions and receive this pop-up: "You have exceeded the maximum number of individual sessions you can end at this time. To end all sessions except the current one, click on "Change your password" link above. " Bad. Do not want to change password; simply want to end open sessions from days ago!!!!

Educate your techs to current AOL issues
I was experiencing a problem syncing my AOL with OUtlook. If you google this problem, it seems to be widespread. First tech was great and ALMOST fixed it. Second tech told me it was my problem, that everything on AOL checked out. Luckily Microsoft was able to describe the way to fix the AOL problem and it worked! First tech sent an evaluation, second one did not. probably since I hung up on him when he told me he couldn't help me. Improve your customer service!!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. It’s certainly our expectation and desire that you receive the highest quality service when working with customer support. We’re sad to hear that it sounds like you did not.
Rest assured that we’ve captured your complaint and will make sure your experience is shared with others in an effort to prevent this in the future.
