No place to enter feedback
The instructions for this section says Please contact our help site if you’re experiencing an issue that prevents you from using Mail as expected.But going to the help site, there is no way to do anything except search. I tried all the contact options in the lower left but everything just takes me back to the search. I wanted to complain about mail completely reloading while I was trying to reply to a email. All my email windows were closed and what I was working on was not saved as a draft.

Why can't I change the size of the information I send on e-mails?
To edit your font when writing emails, please go to mail.aol.com-Options-Mail Settings-Compose then go to ‘’Default Font and Color’’, and after editing the font, please scroll down and save settings.

AOL very hard to work with.
first for some stupid reason it wouldn't accept my input to setup the email acct. now I cant setup on Android phone. It says the password is wrong on my phone but it works off another device.
Please check the Incoming mail server settings in your email application, and make sure they match the IMAP/POP settings in the section titled “AOL Mail POP and IMAP settings” from the following help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-use-other-email-applications-to-send-and-receive-my-aol-mail
The incoming and outgoing mail servers require SSL enabled for all ports, and also the username field in the account setup, needs to contain your full email address, including @aol.com at the end.
In case your server settings are correct, open the link below (and sign in if necessary), and make sure the option “Allow apps that use less secure sign-in” is turned ON.

After this turning ON this option, check if your mail application is able to connect. If the problem persists, verify if the “Two-step verification” option on the Account Security page (the URL above) is turned ON or OFF.

Calendar won't open
Why, all of a sudden, I am unable to open my calendar? The AOL Calendar has frequently been unavailable, but now the several ploys that have previously worked have not allowed me to open my Calendar, and this is disturbing for me as I have multiple doctor and medical appointment on it, as well as other information.
Please advise me as to what I may do to reacquire my calendar.To fix the AOL Calendar issue, please switch to a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. We also recommend clearing your cache and cookies: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser

FIX IT !!
repeating 1 email sent almost 5,000 times since the one time I sent it August 11, 2018.
I was on the phone with you tech over two hours who managed to mess up my virus protection the referred me to the company I had gotten it from to fix his ***** up when he tried to fix this problem FIX IT! I did at that time agree to buy the Anti-Spyware that I was assured would end the repeated emails I a talking about today and prevent this from happening again... WELLLLLL . . How do I save the contents of a mailing list when I have entered the addresses?
I am attempting to set up a group mailing list. No problem setting up the list and entering email addresses, but I can find no way to save the work I have done. If I just click off the list and exit AOL, when I come back the list is still there but the addressess have disappeared. How do I save my work?
After adding the contacts for the new email group, please click the ‘’Add list’’ button. You should receive a confirmation message and you will be able to see the list. Then open your Compose window and select your group name from the address list.

TODO list - I lost all my information
what happened to all of my todo list items? all of my information is gone!! how can I get the info back?
If you are missing all of your calendar events, it is possible that your Calendar is not enabled. To enable it, go to mail.aol.com and click on Calendars on the left side, then select the Calendars drop-down at the top. The calendars that are disabled will show a grey box next to they name, and to enable them all you have to do is to click on their name.

By mistake this past weekend my wife and I added a user name to the drop down list. AO says there is no way to delete this name.Why not???

same subject emails getting automatically moved from old mail to new mail.
2nd request: Why does AOL now put previous emails with the same subject line back into new mail just because another email arrives with the same subject? It's time consuming and maddening to have to keep moving these back to old mail, constantly. Is there a solution I can implement?
This might be a result of using IMAP. If you have an email application (e.g. Outlook, Windows Mail, Mac Mail, native mobile email app) that displays messages in a conversation view, marking one of those emails as Unread will move the entire conversation into the New mail folder.
