  1. I can’t find my ‘outbox” Tried to send several e-mails to my husband, in the other room. They have disappeared into the ether. ???

    My attempt to send articles to someone else, failed…I can’t seem to e-mail things like pages from the VA website? My idea is for you to fix that.

  2. Unable to deliver message returned without a clue which message was sent

    Got an undelivered email, see below, without the sending Subject or the imbedded images. How is one to know which sent email was not delivered?

    In order to better enforce anti-spam policies, AOL does not disclose the number of recipients or emails that can be sent at one time.

    If you've received a notification that a limit has been met, you'll need to wait a set amount of time before you can send more emails. Most sending limit notifications inform you of how long you'll have to wait.

    If you're planning to regularly send bulk email, consider looking into alternate solution.

  4. Emails sent from my AOL to Gmail are bounced with various excuses such as Spam, address does not exist while it's mine, and spelling

    I've made this complaint and have never heard from anyone at AOL. I have a Verizon address which probably is the problem since Verizon in California sold their email to AOL but we were allowed to keep the address. I was requested to check with my Verizon account which I haven't had for at least 10 years. Where do I go from here?

  5. BCC in e-mail

    My idea is that you go back to the old form of e-mail. I tried to send an e-mail with a BCC. I haven't been able to find out how to do that with the new form. Leave it to a tech company to come up with a "new and improved format" that doesn't work as well as the one it replaced.

  6. aol send mail on iphone Safari web to field provides no comma.

    When forwarding a message using the web aol mail on Safari on my iPhone XR, between addresses, AOL seems to normally want a comma, but the keyboard lacks a comma. I saved it in drafts, and when I got home on the desktop Chrome browser, it seemed to have a semicolon between. No idea why two periods and no comma on the keyboard!

  9. I'd like to be able to "Move" more than one email at a time from the "Sent" folder to an appropriate folder. I used to be able to do this.

    I used to be able to do this simply by clicking on the emails to be moved but now they can only be moved if they are open. Now, I open each one and move it into somewhere like "Old emails", then move the next one. When the ones to be moved have been transferred, I'm able to open the "Old emails folder" click on each one and move en mass. Why doesn't the Sent folder have this option anymore?

    I logged a call with AOL Help but was referred to "all the many solution pages available"...????? They had no…

  10. Why can't I send mail to "cox.net" addresses?

    I can't send email to any of my contacts who have a "cox.net" email address. I get this message from "mailer-daemon@aol.com" Failure notice, "We were unable to deliver your message to the following address: ***@cox.net."
    I am able to send to those addresses using another mail service so the problem seems to be aol. PLEASE FIX. Is AOL at war with COX?

  12. Admin Service precedes backets. FIX IT NOW!

    What is Admin Service doing in front of the <recipient e-mail >. FIX IT NOW. Folks think we are sending spam and will not open our e-mail. We have a business. We are losing money. We will sue if not fixed today!

  14. very upset with mail forwarding, chose contact names and then found out when looking at my sent mail that 2 copies were sent to each select

    chose contacts to forward a new mail received by me today and couldn't see the list of who I was forwarding it to and then after "forwarding" I ck'd sent new mail and 2 copies were sent to each! I never chose that nor saw such a mail option! How did happen and where in settings can this be corrected.

  16. EMAILS SENT ARE MUCH WIDER THAN THE SCREEN FOR THE RECEIVER

    My emails look normal but complaints from the receiver is that the email
    they receive from me is so wide that they have to move the screen back and forth to read it. I can't find any solution on the web for this frustrating problem.

    When I compose an email, I get three options for who the sender (i.e. From) is:
    @outlook.com--- is not me
    *p@aol.com is me
    *
    @aim.com------------------ is not me
    How do I get rid of the two emails that are not me?

  19. sending a code to reset my password is a little goofy since I cannot get into my account because I forgot my password

    sending a password code to my account is a little goofy since the reason I am trying to reset a forgotten password prevents me from signing into my account because I forgot the password. How am I going to go into my account to get the code that AOL sent me to reset my password if the reason I need a password is so I can get into my account. Makes no sense to me and should make no sense to AOL.

  20. Emails sent are coming back to me.

    My emails to a specific address are being sent to me rather than his address. The format looks correct. As far as I know, this is the only address on my contact list that this is happening to. This started on after May 8th when my emails were hacked. I cannot figure a way to fix this.
