    When you say you offer 24/7 support, that means 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Your support is NOT 24/7 and it leaves users, even users willing to pay for support, without service.

  2. Red number by inbox

    I want to delete that red number by my old mail messages. It is over 3500 now. I am embarrassed that it has become so high. I don't want to delete all of the messages, because there is some with home addresses, that I want to keep!

  5. Filters are not working for the last several days

    I have a number of filters set up and now they are not working. Most of my messages are going into one of my folders which is not new mail.....HELP !!!!

  6. Cannot receive emails

    I cannot receive mail! This email is pointless! I keep trying to recover an account that had this email as my recovery email. I keep clicking the box to recover my password and it says they sent an email to my AOL email; but I never get the email. I've tried sending myself email to my AOL email and it never shows up. I've send several people report the same thing but comments are closed on that thread. Looks like AOL doesn't care that no one's email works. AOL is a joke 🤬

  9. Fix Fraud Problem on you web site

    Too much criminal contact with no way to indicate FRAUD to you or warn the public. WHY DONT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THISPROBLEM!

  11. Change to email blocking feature

    AOL's current email blocking feature DELETES emails that are blocked because the sender is not in the user's contact list. The user has no way to review the blocked emails and add the sender to contacts! A superior approach would be to RETAIN blocked emails in a folder and allow the user to selectively whitelist senders.

  12. Aol has interfered with all my sign in's

    My user Id's were automatic upon one click but AOL stopped that and
    I now have to spell our my e-mail address on every sign in even on
    other sites. please fix.

  13. My husband and I have had different email names and different email passwords as AOL mail users- yet you messed up

    We are now getting each others mail at times- WE ARE 2 people!!! we are not the same email names or have the same passwords- because of this we are blocked from ie. Facebook because they think we are one person trying to mess with them- both of us are blocked and to get back on want all kinds of personal info- We don't care so much about Facebook and their ridiculous rules- they're just as bad as hackers anyway- but WHY after like since AOL BEGAN- when we've had the same AOL NAMES have you messed us up? FIX…

  15. who continues to screwup AOL. Someone thinks they are improving it when in fact in fact they are not. Now its very small print.

    Make the AOL print larger like it use to be . You now need a magnifier to see now to see a lot of the AOL.

  16. it seems AOL is at it again!!!!!

    I was able to have 2 windows open see the email and respond back to it with out going back and forth but guess what it is back once again. I liked where you can see the email and open a new window to respond without going back and forth. Can we fix this issue

  17. I can’t find my ‘outbox” Tried to send several e-mails to my husband, in the other room. They have disappeared into the ether. ???

    My attempt to send articles to someone else, failed…I can’t seem to e-mail things like pages from the VA website? My idea is for you to fix that.

    I cannot attach file in my mobile app. There is a notification page pops by saying 're-anable smart features' but when i try to turn on link, it is not working.

  20. Need the ability to mark emails as not spam

    There is no way to mark certain emails as not spam. The lack of this feature caused me to miss three critical emails and cost me several hundred dollars!
