Lost emails
Some of my emails have disappeared, I have not deleted them. Between 6.30am and 10.20am Wednesday 5th September.

email keeps getting hacked
I have paid for this email for many years. As someone paying for a service, I expect to get service. My email has been hacked three times in the past three months. I am tired of constantly changing passwords, receiving multitudes of spam mails.....which are multiplying rapidly, and needing to constantly monitor your performance. Please, fix your extremely weak processes.

I lose time trying to re-learn how to change the password, why do you hide every feature, one has to lose so much time opening different links to figure how to do a simple change of password...will you ever grow up....? You are over 25, behaving like 6 years old....

i am not receiving emails that I want to receive
I accidentally marked two opened emails as spam instead of deleting them. Although I moved them back to new mail within seconds I am no longer receiving the emails. There seems to be nowhere to add safe senders or fix this issue. Very frustrating that something I want to receive gets marked as spam one time and poof it's gone, impossible to fix. However, there are things I move to spam timeand time again. How can I fix this and receive the mail I want to receive? Id like a response please.... with some help! My email is ******@aol.com

Suddenly my Facebook emails are no longer going into my Facebook folder.
I am still getting my Facebook emails but they are now flooding my in box rather than going straight to the folder I created for them. The filter has been in place for a long time and all of the sudden this week it no longer works.

I cannot open attachment files in my emails
Why can I not open files attached to my emails. I have rebooted. I have the software to open files. Click and nothing happens. I have to forward to another email address to open. Frustrated.

By reading list AOL doesn't respond very fast to missing emails for everyone. They sure take the money fast enough.

messages not showing
When I look up a specific topic in my messages, it doesn't want to show up. For example, if I search up something like Facebook the first 3 messages want to show up, but for the rest to show up I have to hover over them. Please help.

You have today stopped me adding new email addresses to my aol mail contact list. Why?
In the last hour I have entered into the aol mail contacts list two new email addresses and personal details from people who have approved me doing so. I am able to add the information no problem but
when I click on the folder name 'Wff 2017' it reads null addresses and no information is there. I would be obliged if you would stop this and return me to normality with the aol mail account.
