Can you tell me why I get error messages when I try and send emails? I just tried 11 times before the email would send12th ranked

I teach at a university with 250 students. Previously, my account was "white flagged" so I could email all at once. That has been removed. That is unacceptable for me and my 250 students, and we will all be forced to leave aol. I understand the spam problem, but you need to reinstate some methodology to differentiate genuine users from spammers. I don't want to leave AOL, but I will have no choice.7th ranked

After logging in and out of AOL multiple times seeing a message my mail was unavailable, I get in and my email sort is stuck on oldest first. Where I used to be able to click on the date bar to sort, it is no longer responsive. Settings has nothing available to set how mail order is seen is seen33rd ranked

The Not Spam button is missing, it says Spam again in the Spam folder. I'm using classic mail. There should be a button saying Not-Spam in case an e-mail got flagged as spam by mistake. Thanks.115th ranked

As a workaround, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the Spam folder.
2. Select the email you want to move, by clicking on the check box next to the subject.
3. Click on the ‘More’ button above the mail list.
4. Select the folder, where you want to move the email, from the drop-down menu.
