  1. STOP Spam mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Why have a "Block All Senders Except Contacts," if it DOESN'T WORK??? Even after checking the box I'm STILL getting bloody SPAM MAIL! Every SINGLE day, several times a day, I have to delete unwanted SPAM MAIL!!!!! AOL, do SOMETHING to make this STOP!!!!

  6. Blocking spam

    I have the box marked that I only want to get email from people on my contacts list. I am still getting spam daily. Over 100 some days.
    Why is your option not working?

  7. Your blocking except contacts isnot working. I put email address in spam and is not blocking.

    I block certain address in spam. Your system is not blocking it. I have checked block except address book. Still getting through. Can you fix this? The address is not in my address book.

    The block all senders except contacts is not working properly at the mail.aol.com website. when we try checking on the box it blocks all the messages both spam and regular messages, however when we uncheck that box we can receive the regular messages and at the same time a lot of spam that we are not subscribed to. Spam filters were created but a lot of spam still go through.

  9. Why do I block all emails. except what is in my contacts list, yet I still get tons or pornographic spam. Please stop this!

    Could we please stop the pornographic spam? I have blocked all senders, other than my contacts list, yet it still gets through every day. Fix this!
