  1. AOL Mail won't retrieve more than 10,000 emails

    Lately AOL mail won't retrieve more than 10k emails in an IMAP account set up in a client. This happens using Mac Mail and Thunderbird. Others experience it with other clients, too. Now AOL help says that is how it's set up and a feature and not a bug??!! Why???

    By reading list AOL doesn't respond very fast to missing emails for everyone. They sure take the money fast enough.

  6. Yeah clubrunner emails still don't work after a month and they are not in spam either

    Clubrunner is used by Rotary Clubs to send out emails. For about a month now, after having received these emails successfully for nearly a year, they just stopped arriving. They are not in my Spam folder. They have been diverted by some error introduced either on AOL's side or Clubrunner. I'm betting it is AOL that broke this use to be working email path. I really don't care, you guys work this out between yourselves and get my clubrunner sent emails back to arriving in my inbox, please.

  8. Spam filter tab is missing

    Spam filter tab is not showing up and I wanted to make sure this was set correctly because I'm getting a ton of unfiltered spam on my iphone. Used to be there, and no its just gone.

    Ever since I changed the password a few days ago, I have to go through a verification code in order to log in into my e-mail. Why, since I did not ask for a 2-step verification?

  10. aol mail

    I am not receiving facebook notifications or other mail like from Next Door and other places. I used to receive ALL my mail and in the past months to recent day I haven't. Why is this and how can it be fixed? I want ALL my mail and not have AOL decide what I should have and not have. Please contact me if you need clarification.

  11. Email won't download to my mail folder due to verification issues all passwords are the same

    I have to go to AOL website to get mail where before I could download email to my mail folder on Mac. It says its a verification issue and yet all my passwords are the same for email verification. I t was working fine for years and now its not. Why?

  12. Information on mail hacking.

    My aol account must have been hacked. Any mail from Charles Schwab goes into the delete folder. There was some fraud on my account there and because of a problem with aol, I never received the emails. How can that be fixed? Thanks.

    I changed to the "new" basic, I think. I totally cannot deal with it. I just want my "old" basic back. I have looked and looked for a way to do this but cannot figure it out. Or is there no way???
