report malware
Do we have a way of reporting spam/malware to you (and then, hopefully, you do something about it)? For example, I've gotten two messages today, telling me that my email is going to be canclled or whatever, and these messages are apparently coming from other AOL accounts.

Hello there,
If a user is abusing our system to send mail, we're definitely interested. Please mark these emails as spam, it will generate a report that goes to a team focused on such experiences can review and take the appropriate action. For security reasons, they'll be limited in the information they can share back, however, we're dedicated to ensuring our users don't abuse our system.
If an AOL user is sending you spam/scam emails, you can report it here: https://help.aol.com/articles/report-abuse-or-spam-on-aol
Additionally, here's how to recognize official AOL emails: https://help.aol.com/articles/identify-legitimate-aol-websites-requests-and-communications
Thank you!

If I flag a sender as OK when I'm viewing an email in my Spam folder, then not only should that email be moved to the Inbox (as it does), but the sender should be marked as safe, or at least give me an option to consider all messages from the sender to be safe. I keep having emails sent from a known good sender getting marked as Spam, even though I've indicated that the sender is good.

We are after eliminating all junk email that AOL does not filter. Give us the tools - Unlimited filtering by sender name regardless of number of characters or specialized characters utilized by sender. They have found a way around AOL's filters. So AOL's filters are then worthless.

I enter an address in spam control and the senders just create more names. There must be a way.

When reporting an email as spam we should never see an email from this sender again

There is now a massive amt. of spam on AOL. Have you turned off your SPAM filters? Are you doing this on purpose to make people leave your service? Why am I flooded each day with spam? You are doing nothing to protect your customers. NOTHING.

I was receiving about 5 spam emails a day and starting 2 weeks ago started receiving 30 a day, now I receive 40-70 per day. I report every email on my iPhone as spam, block it and send to junk but still receive spam. I also still receive emails that are blocked having a red circle with red line through it in my inbox. Will be switching away from AOL if you can’t fix this. I see a ton of people having this same issue. Offering to charge me $9.99 per month for your My Privacy service is an insult when other email providers do this for FREE!

Please restore the junk-mail filter capacity that you reduced just prior to marketing you're new junk-mail reduction product. This is so unethical and abhorrent. Put it back the way it was please!

It's so obvious that these emails are SPAM, why doesn't your system catch them. Also, why can't we block OBSCENE emails like we used to? Or better yet, YOU block them.

Spam is getting out of hand. I get over one hundred a day, many of which are duplicate, and the spam filters and blockers don't work. You know what is spam and what is not, so just ditch it. I don't want to see it
or deal with it any more!!!! -

I am getting a very annoying amount of spam. Reminders that a firewall protection has expired when I didn't ever have that particular one! These time waster come up repeatedly in spite of my pressing 'permanently deleted'. Do you know what permanently means? Please get a better control on these spams your are letter through.

ELAINE CHAMBERS commented
What about making your 'permanently deleted' choice actually work. My experience is that it keeps coming back again and again. That is not my understanding of permanent

Not sure what was going on today with SPAM but I was getting spam garbage in my regular email.
It's not rocket science to figure out who the handful of people who are sending the bulk of the incessant spam emails.
