Hello. By marking messages as Spam or Not Spam you are customizing your personal Spam filter to learn what is spam and what is not. Emails will be tagged as a spam depending on the behavior it was sent or on the spam controls of the recipient. If there are links, images or phrases that AOL Mail service deemed as a spam based on the complaints of other members, it will automatically go to spam folder. If the mail was sent as a mass mail, it will automatically go to the spam folder as well. Also, please make sure this email address is added to your Contacts list. I AGREE THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. We have had this company email address for over 20 years and all of a sudden extremely important emails are going into spam DAILY. Email addresses we go back and fourth with all of the time. I even say "not spam" and it doesnt stop it from happening to the same person again.

THIS!!!!! I came here today to find out why (all of a sudden) friends' email's are in my SPAM folder, but numerous solicitations for products are delivered into my inbox just fine.

Your editing window routinely jumps from where I"m typing to the send button w/o my input. This is a pain **********. Fix that first.
Next, how can I force acceptance of emails that are NOT spam?

I am constantly marking emails as not spam, I have also added these email addresses to my contact list and yet my emails are still going to spam. Why is this happening? contacts are replying to emails I sent them and responses are going into spam over and over again. This needs to be fixed. Help states to add them as contacts and to mark as not spam and it will fix the problem except it does nothing at all.

same issues, contacts from years are going to spam, last week only had like 10 of them going to spam, and this week been emailing a vendor and marking them OK and still next email from them goes to spam... please fix this!!

In the last few weeks alot of our important emails are going to spam. I continue to change them to "Not Spam" and they continue to be put in the spam folder. What has changed? Are you working on correcting this issue.

What is going on with this? Why are trusted contacts that I have had for years all of a sudden going to SPAM and why does it continue even after I say it is not SPAM? There are enough complaints on this already that you really need to start paying attention to this.

Some of my important contacts emails are suddenly going to spam. They have been in my contact list for many years. These are important clients who need immediate responses. Why is this happening???!! I click on "not spam" and it is still happening. I see this is also happening to a number of your subscribers. I can't find anything here where you have responded to this problem or how to fix it. We need answers. I have used AOL for many years, but I am ready to dump your service if you do not respond and this does not get fixed soon.

give access to options for spam folder. including being able to accept all or block all from specific domains. Random emails erroneously going to spam is a huge problem for my business. and multiple people complaining means it's not a rare thing. FIX IT
