To stay signed in to your account, please clear your cache and cookies: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser. This will eliminate the possibility of the issue being caused by cache stored on your browser. Then make sure to check the ‘’stay signed in’’ option from the sign in page at mail.aol.com.

It is a deterrent to have to sign in and out each time I need to move back and forth between accounts. I understand the security need for signing into accounts. But once I sign into an account why do I need to sigh out in order to sign into another?

Every time I sign into AOL now, I have to refer back to a different email address to retrieve a security code so I can check my mail on AOL. We need security features, but seriously if we have to constantly sign into another email service to retrieve a security code, what is the point of AOL email then? Also there is nothing secure about using your phone number as a back up security sign in on line, that's how phone numbers get sold out to everyone. Security code is fine, but does it have to be every time I try to use this service????

So a month or so ago you changed the sign in process to not remember ID's . When is it going to be changed back so it will remember the ID??? Why is it all the recent changes are not improving the customer experience?? Are you trying to drive mail users to other mail systems?? You sure seem to be doing that with these changes that you are making. I am a long time user of AOL but I really am starting to rethink if we should stay with you.
