I have had the same email address for over 20 years. I do not understand why, all of a sudden, I have to provide an email address and receive a code on my cell phone just to get into my mail account? I'm using my desktop which is the same device I've used for years. I am unable to get anyone directly to respond to me. All I get are these posting idea boxes. I want to know how to actually contact AOL to fix this problem? This is becoming very irritating! I guess AOL is actually dead now. I wanted to keep this account going after all these years.

All the sudden, you are making me use a pain ********** security code every time I sign in. Over and over.
And, of course, you offer no visible way for me to get this corrected.
Irritated.
I would like an answer. -

This is feedback regarding not being able to give AOL feedback about AOL itself. Why do I have to keep signing in again and again and again when I select "Keep me signed in"?????

The phone verification is crazy & not needed. Please eliminate this practice ASAP. If you are not responsible for dealing with it, please get it to the right people to stop it now.

Logging in is an adventure. Sending codes requires that a cell phone be near by. And sometimes that is not possible. How about just a simple series of pre answered questions. Staying with AOL is just too much work.

I am required to put in a code sent to my phone EVERY SINGLE TIME but cannot turn this option off. I have gone into settings and the 2 Step Verification Option is NOT turned on - yet I am still forced to do this requirement EVERY TIME.
IF IT'S NOT TURNED ON IN MY SETTINGS DONT MAKE ME DO IT

Why do I have to get a text of a security number every time I try to log in. You think that after it verified you once, it shouldn't have to verify you anymore on that device. Big pain in the butt!

The description should be "Security". For the past two days every - every - time I sign in to mail I go thru your security program where a code is sent to my phone. EVERY TIME!! Maybe once a day from the same computer would be acceptable? Also, the "not a robot" is not too bad. Anyway, PLEASE let me sign on several times on the same day without all the hoops. Tha

Please provide a solution that would allow me to click a button to "clear" so that the next time I login to AOL I am not presented with the "this is the first time we have seen you..." prompt. I do not always have my phone on me therefore I have to go and find the phone and then sort out logging in. I have cleared all my browsers a number of times and yet I still get this message. it is a real iisue for me.
