email keeps getting hacked
I have paid for this email for many years. As someone paying for a service, I expect to get service. My email has been hacked three times in the past three months. I am tired of constantly changing passwords, receiving multitudes of spam mails.....which are multiplying rapidly, and needing to constantly monitor your performance. Please, fix your extremely weak processes.
To fix and prevent this from happening in the future, refer to this article: https://help.aol.com/articles/protecting-your-aol-account
In case you’re unable to access your account, please call AOL Customer Support Team at 1-800-300-5017, our team is available 24/7.

When I logged in this evening, I discovered on the drop-down list of addresses (**@aol.com, United States) a duplicate of our address from Andorra, a small principality in southwest Europe. I'm concerned that someone there is attempting to obtain our password, so that they can hack our account. Please put a stop to this.

My account was recently hacked. The hackers somehow entered my aol mail options and had all my mail sent to the recently deleted folder and copies sent to them. Seems like AOL should be able to prevent this.

I've been hacked - one of those phishing expeditions. Cannot find anything in your Help on it.
I tried the Facebook link and it's broken - gets a 404 going to Facebook for AOL support.
Would be nice to see how the phishing process works and what my exposures were/are. I did change my password.
It should be easier to get tech support.

Fix Hackers. Your support is NO support!!!

My wife's email was hacked and the hacker has entered a phony address to forward all of her mail to. I tried to find out how to remove the phony address and was told I would need to pay an additional $29.99 a month to access the needed help. If this isn't a rip-off, I don't know what is. It should be possible to simply go to mail settings and remove the phony address.

When I checked my email a couple of days ago, I got a message that AOL mail was migrating to a new platform. This morning I got an email from a company I had ordered something from a couple of years ago. Shortly after opening it, I started getting emails from people asking if my email had been hacked. Seems to me the new platform is less secure than before. Otherwise this email would have likely gone straight to my spam folder. To get someone to help, it's absurd that I have to sign up for a monthly email protection plan.

HELP. I'VE BEEN HACKED. ALL MY CONTACTS AND FOLDERS ARE EMPTY.

You have a major security gap - I want to be able to log-out all users when I am compromised, and I can't. i called your helpful tech line, and they could only see log-ins from this morning- I had logged in about 15 minutes earlier from a different device. Also, the devices (Apps) were incorrect, it showed only two phone apps accessed 3 years ago, and so there was no way for me to see who is logged into my account.
-have an option on your system to log out all the devices
- and show all logged in users and locations accurately

Security - for the past 3 months my account has been continuously being hacked. I have done all available security protocols and contacted aol tech support and paid for additional services (aol assist). Also installed McAfee, Malwarebytes etc. Password has been changed numerous time using a 16 digit password created by Last Pass app.
no matter what we do the hacker is back on the account within 24 hours. After 20 years I may be forced to close down AOL.
