email keeps getting hacked
I have paid for this email for many years. As someone paying for a service, I expect to get service. My email has been hacked three times in the past three months. I am tired of constantly changing passwords, receiving multitudes of spam mails.....which are multiplying rapidly, and needing to constantly monitor your performance. Please, fix your extremely weak processes.
To fix and prevent this from happening in the future, refer to this article: https://help.aol.com/articles/protecting-your-aol-account
In case you’re unable to access your account, please call AOL Customer Support Team at 1-800-300-5017, our team is available 24/7.

I've been hacked. What do I do?
Please allow reset ***********@aol.com *******@aol.com **** is not secure master ****** is ok
AOL SPAM filters are a joke. And they said to block emails addresses! I'm getting dozens of contacts@... different email addresses. So they just make up new addresses. GMAIL can block but AOL can't?

I want to be able to block senders. I'm tired of receiving numerous emails every day offering Viagra. I find these very offensive.
My email is being stolen and the password changed each time I update back to me. Who else has access to my account?!
my email is sending out spam...How do you stop that from happening? W
My password for my account was hacked and I got one of those threatening letters about X-rated videos. What are you going to do about this problem?
Enable selection to be off or online while using AOL like the installed versions; the suggestion is offered b/c I was a victim of fraud and somehow my login info was compromised

So far, we have access to your messages, social media accounts, and messengers.
Moreover, we've gotten full damps of these data.
We are aware of your little and big secrets...yeah, you do have them. We saw and recorded your doings on **** websites. Your tastes are so weird, you know..
But the key thing is that sometimes we recorded you with your webcam, syncing the recordings with what you watched!
I think you are not interested show this video to your friends, relatives, and your intimate one...
Transfer $800 to our Bitcoin wallet: 1*****
If you don't know about Bitcoin please input in Google "buy BTC". It's really easy.
I guarantee that after that, we'll erase all your "data" :)
A timer will start once you read this message. You have 48 hours to pay the above-mentioned amount.
Your data will be erased once the money are transferred.
If they are not, all your messages and videos recorded will be automatically sent to all your contacts found on your devices at the moment of infection.
You should always think about your security.
We hope this case will teach you to keep secrets.
Take care of yourself.

Hacker has blocked my Aol Mail, from Internet Explorer, blocked my Microsoft Edge from Log In.
i recently began getting emails indicated that they had been read (no longer bolded font) when i have not read them. i changed my password just in case, but it's still happening. Some of them are from when i OK an email from Spam, but without opening it.
I am constantly getting fake emails from people copying my contacts which tells me you are allowing the access
Someone or something (a bot) is adding filters to my settings that redirect incoming emails to other folders (where I don't see them). How is this happening?
Yes, I can and do delete the folders but only after realizing that they have been added,.
We have had AOL since the beginning of AOL, at which time our PC could only access AOL via telephone landline. AOL granted a free account to my wife (i.e., firstname.lastname@example.org). Subsequently, I (viz., email@example.com) used her "master" account to obtain another free account (viz., firstname.lastname@example.org). Today, after all the years of service, I received an Email verification notification code number and a requesting if this (viz., email@example.com) is me! It seems that the internet providers are revisiting accounts because of ID theft and, more importantly, Russian and others hacking.
