You can see pages in Basic version of AOL Mail. To do so, please go to “Options” and then make sure to click on “Basic/Accessible version”.

    Hi, Email:
    Can we either change or add 'select all' just for current page as it would be good to be able to delete 1 page at a time?

    In my Standard Version, I have 3278 e-mails in the Sent folder, dating all the way back to 12-3-2009; in the Sent folder of my Basic/Accessible Version, I only have e-mails from 2020 and 2019.

    Actually, I've now realized that there are many pages of e-mails, 66 to a page, with page 66 being e-mails from 12-3-2009!

    Go back to the old view. I hate the big "full view" tabs. I want to see my emails not the AOL logo

    I prefer the old home page, sign in page and everything to what you are trying to get us to use now. I hate it.

    I have an older laptop and have trouble accessing AOL. I have to try several times before it goes through. Is there any way to go back to the basic or older system and not wait for all this extra stuff to try to load up.
    A basic system for older computers would be appreciated.

    I really like how accessible the 'new' AOL is, but I have problems with formatting pics for my OCCASIONS emails. I used to use AOL for all of my marketing needs, and have sent TONS of emails to both friend and family, as well as clientele/business contacts. But since I am now 'online only' and the old AOL version is no longer u used, I cannot send out my emails as I have in the past. I still have an older laptop which has the AOL software on it, but it's headed to the shop for repair. I never had a problem using that older version, but THIS version will not let me send out emails that go past a certain format -- and I don't even know what that restriction is. It is also difficult for me to use old HTML emails unless I do not change anything in the body content. This makes your new format unusable for me in those terms -- I really need to be able to construct/edit/shape content and pics in my marketing emails, or I will have to find another source to use. I have been an AOL customer since the 1990s; I really hate to be forced to leave due to these discrepancies in email format.

    Want to stay with standard version and it keeps shifting to new version.
    It is annoying to have to switch back each time and I do not like the new version.
