I received a malware(?) email yesterday saying I had a file on OneDrive. Since then this problem is happening. Please fix. Thanks.

Last night mail was fine today all new incoming emails went directly to trash. Now I get no mail at all I called and they tried to sell me a different account. Free email gets no help!!! So I have no email. If you won’t fix it tell me. I can get free email with service elsewhere. Let me know. Thanks if you won’t fix it tell me how to get my emails forwarded to a new account.
