Log in problem
Every time I log-in I encounter a problem with 'https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers?sessionId=1_cc-session_0068860a-2fdf-4b56-9b04-5b6e62b1cc87' I found that if I use the back arrow three times and reenter my password, it works. What is this?

In June 2017, Yahoo and AOL joined forces to create Oath, a media and technology company with a dynamic house of global brands, and a part of Verizon. It’s an exciting venture that we believe will bring a host of new innovations and digital experiences for our users. With Verizon, Oath can provide you with better experiences and services. As part of this collaboration, we’re asking users of Oath owned sites and services to agree to the new unified Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which will help us continue to deliver and build on great digital experiences for you.
In order to review the TOS and Privacy Policy, can you please temporarily disable any ad-blocker you have installed on your browser and then try to go to mail.aol.com and Agree to the new TOS? You can also try on a different browser or on a private/ incognito session? Once you are logged into your email, you can enable your ad-block.

It would be nice if you listed the dates of feedback. There are so many that are obviously pretty old and things have changed since they were listed. Some times the solutions are obsolete.
How can we solve the guce.advertising.com from stopping us from logging into our paid accounts. This has been a problem for a long time and it's still not solved. Time for me to move away from AOL. Too bad. I've been on AOL for over 20 years. Bye.

guce.adverstising.com is an underlying adware which apparently is unavoidable if you want to access your aol mail. even though i pay a fee for this service, i have to deal with this adware on top of it! my company's firewalls, virus, etc. protection stops the login process. you support staff in india or wherever is absolutely worthless in general and here again have reinforced this impression.

This site links you to all Guce Advertising links, but you get sent to the error page only. I even tried some old tricks I learned to bypass this issue. Even those do not work. AOL needs to stop completely all use of Guce Advertising for their ad content. This has all the ear marks of identity theft and hackers for terrorisms.

I accepted the new Privacy Policy for OATH...now I can't access my email and have to try multiple times before I can access the AOL home page. I keep getting redirected to guce.advertising.com or guce.aol.com. I don't have an ad blocker and have tried multiple suggested ways to correct it on my end, but without success.

1) completely eradicate guce-advertising redirects to permit direct login. 2) allow direct access to email without defaulting to "news" - which almost nobody believes qualifies as actually newsworthy (personalities/celebrities/"human interest"/sports - every type of article should be in opt-out sections for those of us who couldn't care less.

guce.aol.com is blocked by my employer policy,, and is not possible to disable. It is no longer possible to access aol.com nor mail.aol.com. Advertising domains are blocked by my employer as they consume bandwidth, compute power, and rarely add business value.

I switched to a VPN (Norton's) and now, whenever I try to log into AOL Mail I get a message that the above site has been blocked. Don;t have this problem on an unsecured network, which is not a wise choice. Will by migrating to another mail service.
