go back to the ability to view "old mail" and "sent mail" etc., independently as spearate categories, vs everyting being combined in new mail. My old mail and sent mail got wiped out when i got hacked, or perhaps when the new version took over? I would say whoever designed the new version went two steps backward in regards to user friendly/usability considerations.

Put my email logon info BACK to where it was w with "New Mail" "Old Mail", "Drafts", etc. I HATE the new setup. All I wanted was to put Sylvester Stallone's voice on saying "You have Mail". Never got it. Instead got this new system of Inbox, etc. HORRIBLE! I want my original Basic Accessible Version back

When you make changes, that is well and fine, try to keep up with the competition. but don't take away the old options. Bring Classic view back and don't ever take it away again,
Most of us are still with AOL are with you because that's the way we like it. If we wanted change, we would go with someone else. -

The change dividing "Mail" into "Old" and "New" was a VERY UNWELCOME SURPRISE!! Those poor people who are not techies....

Where is the setting for using Old/New Mail folders?!?!?! We want the Old Mail folder for both the PC and Mobile versions. AAAAND .... PLEASE stop messing around with mail!! We have AOL mail and DO NOT WANT the Yahoo Mail experience... just because Yahoo bought you out. Please, give us access to both the New Mail and Old Mail folders as well as the other folders that we've created to organize mail that we want to keep ... or don't.

For some totally STUPID reason I now have a "new mail" folder and an "old mail" folder. So after I read a new email it disappears into the STUPID old mail folder. I want to DELETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET RID OF the STUPID Old mail folder!!!!!!!

You added this ANNOYING folder called "old mail" So now when i open and read an email it goes into this ANNOYING folder. If I change the settings then it makes ALL my emails as new.
I want to DELETE this old folder icon/thing!!!

Bring back the Inbox, I DON'T want Old Mail - New Mail. Also when you did the update I LOST my entire Inbox. How do I sort by From and Subject with this new update??? I greatly relied on Sorts. also, due to these changes I now started a Gmail acct. Users should be allowed to NOT accept your changes.

put all the mail in 1 inbox. going back and fourth between read an new is annoying. there could be a filter to hide 1 but i should be able to see both together. thats why google is winning

Go back to the previous way of organising emails - I want old and new email and the ability to keep some emails marked as new. Why did this suddenly change ?

How do I remove the "new mail" folder? I never asked for it, I don't want it and I would prefer to have the option to accept any new functions or changes to how I view my folders instead of you just rolling them out and I only find out when I log in and things have been moved around. This is so frustrating.
