update name on personal info
I have followed the directions to update my name on personal information, but I have not been able to edit the name when I click on it, per the instructions.

We have a solution for you, please clear your browser history, cookies and cache here’s how: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-on-a-web-browser
Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the browser installed. You can try accessing your account on a different browser.
Then click on “Edit” in the top right corner to update your personal info.
