We should be able to search for a contact without having to go thru a convoluted mess of contacts that is filed in no particular orde.r How about listing the names in first name alpha order and allowing a search for a particular person?

Go to Options – Mail Settings – and from the Contacts section, select the Display Order, and the Sort by.

contacts should be listed in alphabetical order by first name. AS of now it's in no particular order; it's hard to find a contact. It either goes by first name or last name or first initial of the email. It is a convoluted MESS!!! Other emails are much more easier but I prefer to stay with aol because this has been my email address forever. Unfortunately, I will have to seriously consider changing my email because I waste too much time trying to set up group lists and trying to find contact.s
