Why can't I remove old unused folders and or least rename them?
I have been with AOL since it's startup, I have devoted years to volunteering on AOL, and put up with growth issues, changes in management and owners. As a lifetime, unwavering and faithful member I am disappointed in the length of time fixing recent changes have taken., and at how many former features have simply been removed for no understandable reason and without talking to your paying customers. When will you give us back what we so respected and enjoyed from AOL in exchange for our loyalty and money?
ISSUE 1 - Email Folders: deleting and renaming email folders; we can neither delete nor rename our mail folders, why? I misspelled the name on a folder and am stuck with it, I have folders that are obsolete, they clog up my mail system.
ISSUE 2: Trasfering email folders; At the end of each year, I want to transfer my entire stack of email folders to a permanent file/storage on my computer, as part of my permanent records. This was once possible, but was discontinued with the promises, that when you were organized from yet another reorganization, you would reinstall this feature. So, when will you stat this?
In the meantime, how do I delete and or rename, permanently organize and save, my email folders? Some 10 years of emails floating in your (AOL' s) constantly changing environment? Do you save my files in the clouds? If so, how secure is your system?
ISSUE 3: HELP And finally, Under HELP it says that under settings in mail we can do the above mentioned actions, not so! Your HELP section seems to be out of date as well.
When will you update HELP?
It's time that our loyalties and patience are respected and rewarded. Don't you agree?
