I agree. Your service is no longer appealing. It is a major headache just trying to navigate through all the ads. Is this the only way AOL can survive. AOL is antiquated - so replace it with unwanted ads.

I have noticed a very deceptive practice being utilized in the advertising at the top of the lists in the mail folders. There is a small black box with the word 'More' preceding the ad. This small black box is very much like the button for the drop down list of additional email options that is just a few millimeters away. It is obvious that the ad is trying to trick users into clicking their 'more' button instead of the actual one. I will not even bother to look at any advertising that employs such blatantly deceptive means to try to lure you into their ad. AOL should not allow advertisers to use methods designed to confuse and capitalize on misleading people.

Perhaps a note attached to an add, such as, BEWARE, this advertiser has not been verified, should be looked into, I just got burned for $170.00 from a fraudulent, questionable company from an ad on AOL...........

I see that many people have voiced frustration over the removal of sorting by name, subject etc.. Why doesn't AOL bring that back ?
