Thank you for reaching out to us. Please check your Filter and Spam settings. To do that, please go to mail.aol.com, log in and then go to Options→Mail Settings → Spam Settings and Filter settings.

I don't know why my new mails are automatic delivered to trash area.
I had important mails to read but now are gone. Even in trash area aren't in there. Why?
